Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same location such as United kingdom, Europe, China, Australia etc… It may take anywhere from 5 – 10 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

* For orders come from the USA, we will use DHL eCommerce or DHL for shipping, and the package usually reach your hand within 5 – 10 working days (depending on different states).

2. Delivery Time:
a. DHL usually takes 3-7 working days(not including holiday and weekend).
b. DHL eCommerce usually takes 6-15 working days(not including holiday and weekend).
c. PostNL usually takes 12-25 working days(not including holiday and weekend).
d. ePacket usually takes 7-21 working days(not including holiday and weekend).
e. UPS usually takes 4-7 working days(not including holiday and weekend).

Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc. which are uncontrollable.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Can Couriers Deliver to Remote Areas?
Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the products to you.
FedEx or DHL might in some cases apply a nominal “remote area charge”. This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.
